At present, there are more than 11,200,000 students and graduates in Iran out of which 5,700,000 are unemployed. According to unofficial statistics, 30 percent of Iranian students and graduates are unemployed.

They are believed to lack the skills and ability to enter the work market and get their desired job.

Therefore, the University of Science and Culture and ACECR Technology Commercialization Organization and Graduates Occupation established the first Iranian career guidance center.

The USC Career Guidance Center offers the following services:

• Conduct talent and skills assessments and surveys
• Carry out interviews using psychological and personality tests
• Guide the students to choose the right career path and life
• Recognize the potential entrepreneurs among the students and guide them to choose the right career path
• Prepare resumes for graduates
• Hold seasonal career tours
• Hold general and specialized meetings with provincial entrepreneurs
• Offer specialized advice about how to design a business plan; transform an idea into a business model; register a patent; start a business on the basis of environmental conditions; manage and run an independent business; conduct market studies, marketing and goods and services sales; conduct investment studies; exploit production process, Information Technology, etc.

• Produce list of available careers across the cities, provinces and country
